It is easy to schedule a mediation.

Once you express interest in retaining Vogel Mediation Group to conduct your mediation, we will do the following:

1. Collect information about both parties.
2. Make sure that everyone who needs to be at the mediation is scheduled to be there (this means that all decision makers should be present).
3. Send you a Mediation Agreement.
4. We will also require that the parties pay for two hours of the mediation up front, any balance due beyond that will be payable on the day of the mediation.
5. If the matter is complex and requires a significant amount of preparation, we may require a fee to review materials and prepare.
6. Conduct your mediation in a fair and impartial way with privacy and confidentiality.  
7. Do our very best to assist you in reaching a resolution to your conflict.
