I will meet with both of you as your mediator. I will provide unbiased mediation to help you resolve all the conflicts necessary for your divorce, including your Final Order, Marital Dissolution Agreement, and, if children are involved, a Permanent Parenting Plan.
Service details: Depending on the complexity of your issues, mediation can take from two hours to several days. Extended mediations are unusual though, and, my experience has been that the typical divorce requires two to six hours.
Mediations are conducted in my office. Unless there is some reason not to have the parties in the same room, we will sit together at a conference table, identify the issues that you need to resolve, see if we can find a resolution that works for both of you, one you can both live with and abide by.
If we can get that done, then I can provide you with all the necessary documents you need to file for your divorce. If this process works for you, then you can potentially save thousands of dollars on legal fees.
And, remember, all Courts require mediation before they will hear your case, anyway.
