I am dedicated to
the process of mediation. After working in corporate America and as a
trial attorney, I believe it is simply the best alternative out there
for anyone, individual or business to resolve their conflict rather than
get caught up in a court system that generally can promise neither
satisfaction nor swift resolution. Mediation promises both and, most
importantly, keeps control of the outcome in the hands of the
participants, where it should be.
